Stephan Bonnar on staying calm before fights

Stephan Bonnar makes an interesting point about not getting pumped up for fights, but rather trying to calm down. The actual act of fighting is something you don't need to get pumped up for because there's a trained animal across the cage looking to either knock our tap you out in vicious fashion:

A lot of people are like, "What do you do to get pumped up for a fight?" Like, really? You're locked in a cage with someone trying to kill you in front of thousands of people. It's not too hard to get pumped up...You've got to calm everything down, you've got to remind yourself to relax.
