Duke Roufus on work ethic versus talent

MMA coach and former kickboxer, Duke Roufus, values heart and work ethic over talent:

Success in fighting has nothing with talent. Talent helps you get skill faster but work ethic and heart can beat talent that doesn't work everyday!

Roufus trains Anthony Pettis, Alan Belcher, Pat Barry, Erik Koch, Ben Rothwell, Matt Mitrione and  Bellator champion Ben Askren. He has also trained Jens Pulver and TUF season one star and UFC light-heavyweight Stephan Bonnar.
